Tessel is a candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate and Commercial group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on corporate law matters, such as mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance and other (notarial) aspects of Dutch corporate law.
Tessel obtained a master's degree in Notarial law from Utrecht University and a master's degree in Dutch law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
