Raf is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border corporate and financial transactions, including leveraged/acquisition finance, corporate lending, sustainable finance and capital markets. He also has experience on matters related to general corporate law and securities, financial regulation, banking and funds.
Raf holds a Master of Law from Ghent University and a specialised master’s degree in corporate law from KU Leuven.
Raf is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
