Dan specialises in private investment funds. He advises sponsors on the launch of private funds and institutional investors on primary commitments. Dan also advises on cross-border secondaries transactions.

Dan is a partner in our Financial Markets group in Bristol. He advises fund sponsors across multiple asset classes. Dan advises sponsors on the launch of funds and managed accounts as well as matter relating to the operation of funds.

Dan also has significant experience of advising on cross-border secondaries transactions, with a focus on LP portfolio sales, as well as acting for institutional investors on their fund investments.

Finally, Dan has a keen interest in sustainability and ESG and has advised clients on ESG regulation, including the EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and Taxonomy Regulation.
