Raphael Bonhomme specialises in corporate law and has particularly honed-in his skills in M&A and real estate transactions. In addition, Raphael has experience in dealing with the increase and decrease in capital of corporate structures, the day-to-day management of companies, and shareholder resolutions.
Raphael not only provides a pan-European perspective on law, but has also played a role in private equity acquisitions of US companies. This cross-Atlantic involvement has helped lead to the development of investment fund structures for major institutions.
Having most recently studied in the UK at University College London, Raphael achieved his Master of Laws (LL.M) with a specialisation in corporate law in 2019. However prior to this, he studied at the University of Warwick, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and French Law, where he also studied at the University of Bordeaux during an Erasmus year.
