Rose is Chief Operating Officer for the Netherlands, managing the Dutch office together with Partner Jeroen Bos. Her responsibilities include further development and implementation of the firm’s strategy and the business services organisation. She is also closely involved in a number of global initiatives.
Rose joined us in 2017 and brings extensive management experience, having spent over 15 years in senior executive roles in the financial services industry. Before joining the firm she was Chief Operating Officer of a Lloyd’s Managing Agency. Rose started her career in Paris in 2002 after which she moved to London in 2007. Rose has significant experience leading large transformation programmes, including design and development of new business (and operating) models, post-acquisition integration and restructuring work as well as technology and data programmes.
In 2018, Rose was also appointed as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Supervisory Board for the Hello Zuidas Foundation. With the Zuidas area developing rapidly, Hello Zuidas connects all relevant stakeholders such as governmental bodies, educational institutions, businesses and residents to ensure a thriving community in this important (business) district in Amsterdam.
Rose is a passionate advocate for gender balance and wider D&I initiatives, having launched “All Inclusive” in collaboration with the Legal Women Association and also sits on the global International Project Finance Association taskforce for D&I.
