Niamh is a managing associate in the Commercial Real Estate team in Simmons & Simmons’ Dublin office. Niamh has a broad knowledge of commercial property transactions with particular experience acting for domestic and international lenders in property finance transactions. She has also advised both private wealth and private equity investors on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposal of a broad range of real estate assets.
