He has advised on a number of high profile, public and private cross border deals, including Masdar on its €3.2bn acquisition of Terna Energy, Honeywell on its US$4.95bn acquisition of Carrier’s Access Solutions business and the US$1.325bn disposal of its PPE business, and L&G Digital Infrastructure Fund on its acquisition of French cloud solutions provider Blue. He also regularly advises growth companies and investors (such as the British Business Bank and affiliates) on technology and life sciences investments, reflecting his deep sector knowledge and experience in growth and innovation led transactions.
