Philip is a tax specialist in the Financial Markets Department in Amsterdam.
He has a focus on tax transactional and tax planning work in the fields of capital markets and structured finance and banking, as well as in the fields of (inter)national restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and asset management.
Philip is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten).
Before joining the Amsterdam office in 2021, Philip obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law and three Bachelor’s degrees in Tax Economics, Business Economics and Dutch national law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
