Stella Gradinaroff is a lawyer in our Financial Markets and Banking team based in Frankfurt. She advises banks, sponsors and investors on project finance and structured finance transactions.
As a member of the Energy, Renewables and Infrastructure (ENRI) team at Simmons & Simmons in Germany, Stella also advises on M&A transactions in the energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors. In September 2023, Stella completed a secondment in our Paris office.
Stella studied law at Heidelberg University, specialising in commercial and European law. During her legal traineeship, she gained practical experience in banking and finance law at Simmons & Simmons as well as at the German regional representation in Brussels.
Stella is fluent in German, English and Bulgarian.

- Advising a consortium of banks on the refinancing of a photovoltaic portfolio.
- Advising major German banks on several financing transactions in France, Finland, Sweden and Spain.
- Advising a German private bank on the bridge financing of a solar park in the Baltics.
- Advising a leading company in the field of photovoltaics and renewable energy on bridge financings for photovoltaic portfolios.
