Alexander is a Supervising Associate in the Intellectual Property group, where he specialises in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
Alexander advises clients on patent enforcement, freedom to operate and the validity of patents relating to a range of technologies including biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, as well as on data and market exclusivity for medicinal products. He also has experience in relation to Standard Essential Patent/FRAND litigation relating to wireless communications.
