Adrian is a trilingual arbitration, investigation and litigation lawyer with substantial experience advising clients on complex international arbitrations (administered under rules of HKIAC, CIETAC and LCIA) and court litigations covering areas such as private equity dispute, M&A dispute, investment redemption claims, financial product mis-selling claims, technology licensing dispute, fraud, insolvency claims arising out of corporate collapses, and professional negligence.

He advises on investigations brought by a variety of regulators and agencies such as the Securities and Futures Commission, Commercial Crime Bureau and Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He also advises on internal investigations.

Clients turn to Adrian for advice on issues arising out of acquisitions, investment exits, compliance with internal controls and procedures, dispute over business-critical technology and financial products transactions. Adrian has the ability to grasp clients' commercial objectives and derive practical solutions in complex matters.
