Jemima acts for landlords, tenants, funders and developers. She has represented both buyers and sellers of investment properties and development sites as well as lenders and borrowers in relation to the financing and re-financing of portfolios of commercial property. Jemima’s experience covers a range of asset classes from build-to-rent schemes, offices and serviced offices, industrial/logistics assets and life science buildings. Jemima represents a number of institutional landlords on a range of leasing and asset management work and has particular expertise on the inclusion of “green lease” provisions in institutional leases.
