Rhiannon is a managing associate in the Restructuring and Special Situations team in London, with contentious and non-contentious experience.
She has experience of complex cross-border consensual and non-consensual restructuring processes in various sectors including retail, travel and leisure, oil and gas, commodities, and satellite communications. She has extensive experience in distressed debt investing including the diligence, structuring and negotiating of secondary debt trades.
She also has experience in advising debtors, creditors, directors and insolvency practitioners with respect to formal insolvency processes.
Rhiannon works to improve diversity in corporate law with a focus on the visibility of women within professional LGBT networks. She is a mentor to LGBT undergraduates and regularly provides speeches and contributes to panel discussions.
