Karan is a consultant in the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution group. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law matters. Her expertise lies in trade mark prosecution, brand strategy, clearance and management, trade mark oppositions and invalidation actions and IP transactional work.
Karan joined Simmons & Simmons in 2019. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2011. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
