Michael Bulckaert is a Managing Associate in the Brussels Dispute Resolution team, admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2015. With over a decade of experience, Michael specialises in commercial law and litigation, with a strong focus on public procurement and product liability. Michael advises a diverse clientele, particularly in the HLS and TMT sectors, on complex commercial disputes, public procurement, and product liability, and is a trusted advisor for clients navigating challenging legal landscapes.
As an expert in public procurement, Michael provides comprehensive support throughout all stages of the tendering process, from analysing tender documents and preparing offers to challenging non-award decisions and representing clients in court. He regularly delivers inhouse trainings and speaks at the beMedTech academy on the topic.
