Paolo has wide-ranging experience in M&A, capital raising and venture capital transactions as well as in general corporate and governance matters.
Paolo is a managing associate in our Corporate and Commercial group in Milan. He specialises on a various number of domestic and cross-border commercial agreements including supply, manufacturing, distribution, agency and franchise agreements.
He also advises numerous companies in various industries on acquisitions and disposals of assets, M&As, capital raising transactions, venture capital transactions and general corporate and governance matters.
Paolo joined us in 2011. He completed a secondment at the London offices of Credit Suisse in 2015, and another secondment at our offices in Beijing in 2018. He is also a member of the Israeli Desk of the firm.
