Francesco is a Partner in our firm's Dispute Resolution Department in Milan, leading the Financial and Commercial Disputes Group.
He has acquired considerable experience in handling a broad spectrum of complex disputes, many of which are cross-border, before State Courts, domestic and international arbitral tribunals, and in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes. His expertise covers various sectors, including disputes related to financial markets, asset management, insurance, real estate, insolvency and commercial contracts.
Furthermore, Francesco provides assistance in pre-litigation, investigations, and risk management. He is an active member of the firm's International Arbitration Group, representing clients in numerous domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the auspices of leading arbitral institutions such as the ICC and CAM mainly in relation to disputes stemming from corporate and M&A transactions, real estate, and commercial contracts. Additionally, he contributes to the firm's global cross-border insurance practice, with a focus on Directors & Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI) claims.
Francesco joined our firm in 2018, bringing experience from prominent Italian law firms and a secondment in the litigation department of a UK-based financial institution. He is fluent in English, alongside his native Italian.
