Edward is an of counsel in the Financial Markets group in Singapore. He advises on structured products and OTC derivative transactions for major international investment banks, asset managers and other investment firms.
Edward has significant experience in structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes - including rates, credit and equity. Edward also supports clients establish and maintain both off and on balance sheet structured note issuance programmes.
In addition to his transactional work, Edward provides advice on the impact of derivative regulations and on other major industry wide developments such as benchmarks.
Edward joined us in 2016 having previously worked for a large UK banking group.
