Christina is a Counsel in the International Arbitration practice, specialising in international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and public international law.
She has extensive experience acting as counsel in complex commercial arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, Swiss Rules and LCIA arbitration rules, for clients across a range of sectors, including renewables, mining and metals, oil & gas, and construction.
Her investment arbitration practice spans numerous ICSID and UNCITRAL cases against European, African and Middle-Eastern states, and her public international law experience includes two cases before the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.
Christina also sits as arbitrator, including as Sole Arbitrator in ICC arbitrations under the Expedited Procedure Provisions.
She has repeatedly been listed by Lexology Index as a “Future Leader” in Arbitration.
Clients describe Christina as a “deep thinker” who is “detail-oriented, practical” (GAR 100, 19th edition) and “intelligent and extremely conscientious and responsive – very much on top of the detail” (GAR 100, 18th edition), as well as “very efficient” (Legal 500, International Arbitration, 2025). Christina qualified as an Avocat at the Paris Bar in 2015. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Arbitration and Commercial Law from the University of Versailles, a Master’s Degree in French Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a Bachelor of Civil Law (Honours) from University College Dublin.
Before joining Simmons & Simmons, Christina was an associate at a leading international arbitration boutique firm in Paris, and prior to that, an associate in international arbitration and public international law at another top international law firm.
