Ben works as a Supervising Associate at Simmons and Simmons. Ben spent five years working in our UK tax practice prior to relocating to the UAE in 2024. Following two years spent assisting in setting up our tax practice in the UAE, Ben has now returned to our UK tax practice and is located in our Bristol Office.
Ben has extensive experience in working with a range of clients in the Asset Management & Investment Funds and Financial Institutions sectors. He advises clients in these sectors on a broad range of matters, including on structured financings, securitisations and private funds matters. More broadly, Ben provides tax support to a wide range of clients, particularly on corporate, financing and debt capital markets transactions.
