Barry has a wide range of experience acting for both landlords and tenants on new lettings, and buyers and sellers of investment properties both as asset purchases and share sales. He has particular experience acting in the railway environment (and was seconded to the property legal services department of a railway infrastructure management entity) and the student accommodation sphere. Barry is also experienced in acting for lenders in relation to the purchase financing or re-financing of portfolios of commercial property.
