Alice is Of Counsel in the real estate group, specialising in commercial property. She has experience in a wide variety of real estate work, including commercial property management and landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals of investment property and advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions and real estate financing. Alice acts for a number of institutional landlords and regularly advises corporate occupiers in relation to the taking of new office space.
Recent experience includes advising two top law firms in relation to the relocation of their London headquarters to new developments. Alice also advised in relation to the £485m acquisition (by way of a share purchase) of Cannon Place.
Alice joined Simmons & Simmons as a trainee in 2007 and qualified into the real estate department in 2009.
