Simmons & Simmons or “we”/“us”/“our” provides this Notice at Collection (“Notice”) for California residents to supplement our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for a comprehensive explanation of how we collect, use and disclose the information that you provide us and the information we collect in the course of operating our business and our websites.

This Notice applies only to California residents and is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, (collectively the “CCPA”).   • the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, in certain circumstances.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
