Our client had an outdated and labour intensive document management system that was difficult to navigate and led to duplication. Our client wanted all change undertaken to contribute to future innovations. By focusing on process and business requirements, we were able to ensure the client made the best technology choice that addressed their current challenges as well as enabling future activities such as automation and creation of a clause bank.

Creating a standard approach to raising, triaging and tracking requests for legal support

Our client needed a solution that gave them visibility of the volume and progress of legal work and to institutionalise approaches. We created tools that gave business stakeholders the ability to 'self-serve' on work that did not require input from the legal team. We repurposed existing client technology to create a portal that directs legal team requests, captures demand, made information requirements explicit and enabled triage to the right legal team member.
