Our experience

Liquified Natural Gas

Advising International Finance Corporation, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Commercial International Bank (Egypt) in connection with the project financing of a bulk liquids terminal for the import and storage of gasoil, LPG and LNG and berthing of two floating storage and regasification units at Sokhna Port, Egypt.

Government of Kenya

Advising Government of Kenya, Ministry of Petroleum on the commercialisation of the large oil discovery in the Lokichar basin, Kenya. The initial project, known as the Early Oil Project Scheme, is to truck the oil in heated trucks to Mombasa Port for refining and export. The second project, running in parallel, is to build a dedicated heated oil pipeline and pumping stations to new oil terminal facilities at Lamu Port.

Advising on the sale, purchase agreements and the equity arrangements of Petroleo Brasileiro SA natural gas pipeline unit to a group of investors led by Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc for approximately $5.2bn
