Our experience

Brookfield

Advising on the sale, purchase agreements and the equity arrangements of Petroleo Brasileiro SA natural gas pipeline unit to a group of investors led by Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc for approx. US$5.2bn.

Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD (BEH)

Advising on the development of the Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria international gas; and (ii) on BEH’s participation in the Alexandropoulos LNG project in Greece.

Egyptian LNG

Advising the project company sponsored by EGPC, EGAS, BG and PETRONAS, in connection with the development and financing of Train 1 and Train 2 of the Egyptian LNG project.
