FCA’s Consultation Paper CP24/2 - discussion with Therese Chambers

We were delighted to offer you the opportunity to join us and Therese Chambers, the FCA's Joint Executive Director of Enforcement and Market Oversight, on 25 March 2024 at 11.15am for a discussion on the FCA's new approach to publicising enforcement investigations, as set out in CP24/2.

Therese discussed the purpose behind the proposals, how the FCA anticipates they would operate in practice and provided her response to some key questions.
