Landmark ruling: £16M verdict unveiled

The First Tier Property Tribunal issued its first judgment of 2024 tackling the issue of Remediation Contribution Orders in Triathlon Homes v (1) Stratford Village Development Partnership (2) Get Living PLC (3) East Village Management Limited [2024] UKFTT 26 (PC). The judgment is available here.

Thiswass a much anticipated decision involving determination of a claim for more than £16 million, and advocated by some of the heavyweights of the Building Safety world, including lead Counsel to the Grenfell Inquiry, Richard Millett KC.
