Building Safety – Remediation Orders flash call

The UK government has made clear that it will take steps to force remediation of building safety defects. The Building Safety Act introduces new sanctions and enforcement routes which may affect property owners, developers, and associated entities.

Earlier this year we saw the first Remediation Contribution Order made; we now have the first Remediation Order, too. In this session, we looked at that case and its implications for building safety moving forwards.
