Summary of training

How can we truly improve inclusion in the workplace? And what can women do to support each other more? During All Inclusive we aim to answer these questions, together. We are delighted that Marguerite Soeteman - Reijnen - the new Chairman of Topvrouwen.nl - will be joining us to share her view on how to drive inclusion and the important role women play in this.

After this keynote speech, you will have the opportunity to choose one of three workshops that focus on improving inclusion in the workplace and how women can use their position to support other women.

Workshop 1: How to improve your personal branding within your organisation to benefit further professional and personal development?
By: Carina Benninga, coach in Self-leadership and, amongst others, former captain of the Dutch national women’s hockey team at the Olympics.

Workshop 2: How can managers foster female talent and help them reach their full potential?
By: Sarah Chorus and Marloes de Koning from Korn Ferry, global organisational consulting firm specialised in diversity & inclusion

Workshop 3: Data-driven inclusion strategy: how does it work?
By: Petra Tito, CHRO at Deloitte Netherlands and responsible for the North South Europe Human Capital.

After the workshops, we will discuss the key take-aways of each workshop during a plenary panel discussion with the workshop leaders and Joanne van der Leun: criminology professor and the first female dean of the law faculty at Leiden University. She will elaborate on how she supports female students and young professionals, right at the start of their career.

After the event there will be plenty of opportunity to network with other legal women and to enjoy a few drinks and bites.
