Join us for our webinar “Navigating Pay Transparency: Gender Pay Gap Reporting for Employers in the Netherlands” on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, 9.30 – 10.30am CEST.

From 2028, Dutch employers with 150+ employees must publish their first gender pay gap report, based on 2027 data. With two new draft decrees now shedding light on how this will work in practice, our experts Annemarie Elenbaas and Lucy de Ruiter will explain:

  • how to determine organisation size (including contingent workforces),
  • which pay components must be included,
  • how to treat variable pay (bonuses, share plans, etc.), and
  • practical steps you can take now to prepare for your first report.

The session will include plenty of time for Q&A, and you can also submit questions in advance.
