Simmons & Simmons has enhanced its fund finance offering with the appointment of Partner Chu Ting Ng in its London office.

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has enhanced its fund finance offering with the appointment of Partner Chu Ting Ng in its London office.

Joining from US-headquartered global law firm, Chu is a highly regarded fund finance specialist advising clients on the full range of fund finance products, including subscription line and net asset value (NAV) facilities, hybrid structures, financing for fund managers and co-investors, and continuation vehicle financings.

With over a decade of experience, Chu acts for bank and non-bank lenders to investment funds. Her recognised expertise and strong market relationships will enhance Simmons & Simmons’ fund finance offering and deepen its bench.

Joining existing London Partners Jen Yee Chan and John Sayers, Chu will enhance the fund finance capabilities across the firm’s international network and help to meet rising client demand.
