Exozet is a leading German digital agency with a focus on delivering transformation through Agile development processes. The agency’s comprehensive service offer includes digital strategy, soft-ware solutions, video content management as well as gaming technology. The acquisition will pro-vide Endava with an updated client list of German multinationals, including: Audi, Deutsche Tele-kom and many more. The deal also signifies an expansion of the company’s credentials in immer-sive experience, media management and broadcasting sectors.
The deal had a strong TMT focus, with the Simmons team led by corporate M&A partner Stephan Ulrich, supported by Associate Anja Schlichting (co-lead) and colleagues from fellow Simmons of-fices in Germany (the full list can be found below).
