International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised TenFifty Capital on the senior financing of Necesito un Trastero, a rapidly growing Spanish self-storage joint venture between PineBridge Investments (PineBridge Benson Elliot) and Talus Real Estate.
The cross-border Simmons & Simmons team advising TenFifty Capital was led by a team in Spain, with assistance from the UK.
The team in Spain consisted of Partner Álvaro Barro, Cousel Ángel Maestro and Supervising Associate Luis Carretero.
They were assisted by financial markets Partner Kamal Arulvel and Managing Associate Alessandro Rossi in London for English aspects.
