The Frankfurt team of international law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised finance parties in relation to a €39m project financing for Enpal group. The project financing is a syndicated loan arranged by ING Bank, a branch of ING DiBa AG with ING Bank N.V. acting as facility and security agent. The financing will support Enpal group’s ambitious vision for growth in the German roof top solar panel market.
Enpal group is a leader in creating bespoke solar offerings for clients across Germany, having already delivered more than 2000 solar solutions across the nation in the last year. This financing deal will help the company continue its impressive product delivery in a sustainable and market-leading way.
