International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Drooms, a European market leader in digital due diligence platforms, on its strategic partnership with EOS Partners, which becomes the new majority shareholder of Drooms.
The partnership marks a milestone for Drooms’ continued development as the company aims to accelerate its international expansion and cement its position as Europe’s leading platform for re-al asset investments.
The transaction sees EOS Partners, a private equity investor renowned for its expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies, acquire a majority shareholding.
With EOS as a strategic partner, Drooms will advance its roadmap for digitalisation and AI-driven automation across the transaction process, while reinforcing its commitment to digital sovereignty, security and EU-based data processing.
