Ermine Bolot-Massé comments: “I am delighted to join Simmons, whose sector-driven approach, commitment to excellence and international scope are perfectly aligned with my practice. The firm’s ecosystem, network and cross-disciplinary expertise are particularly well suited to the needs of industrial clients. I look forward to working with the Simmons teams to help further develop the M&A practice.”
Jacques-Antoine Robert, Paris office’s country head, adds: “We are very pleased to welcome Ermine to Simmons. Her expertise in complex M&A and her understanding of industrial issues are a perfect complement to our Paris offering. Her arrival supports our ambition to provide clients with tailored advice on high-stakes industrial and cross-border matters, and will also strengthen synergies with other practices, particularly in antitrust and regulatory areas.”
