Simmons & Simmons has advised M7 Real Estate on the sale of 30 urban logistics and business assets in France to Oxford Properties.

International business law firm Simmons & Simmons advised M7 Real Estate, a leading property specialist in regional and multi-let markets across Europe, on the sale of 30 urban logistics and business assets in France to Canadian property investment, development and management group Oxford Properties.

The French portfolio, comprising 30 assets totalling 169,000 sqm, mainly located in the Paris region, was acquired from the M7 FAF France SAS fund for €161 million.

M7 Real Estate will continue to manage the portfolios as an asset manager and will steer these value creation operations.
