Fiona Bolton, Employment partner at Simmons & Simmons has ranked in the 2022 EMpower 100 Executives Role Model list, supported by Yahoo Finance.
As one of the partner co-chairs of EMerge, our race and ethnicity network, Fiona has ensured that race and ethnicity inclusion is a business priority for Simmons. Fiona has been involved in a number of initiatives at the firm, including launching and taking part in EMerge’s mentoring programme and overseeing the firm’s race and ethnicity action plan.
Externally, Fiona is a prominent figure influencing change, frequently speaking at events such as the 17th annual Global Legal and Business Outlook and leading on the development of the firm’s D&I toolkit.
The EMpower Ethnic Minority Role Model Lists showcases business leaders who are breaking down barriers at work and are working hard to smash the ceiling of ethnic minorities in the UK.
