FCA extends TPR notification window

The deadline for notification for firms and funds who wish to enter into the TPR was 28 March 2019. The FCA has now extended this until end of 11 April 2019.

The deadline for notification for firms and funds who wish to enter into the TPR was 28 March 2019. The FCA has now extended this until end of 11 April 2019 to align it with the new 'exit day' as agreed at the European Council last week.
