Transfers of value in the healthcare sector: transparency becomes a legal obligation in Belgium

The Belgian Sunshine Act has been published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 27 December 20161. A few months later, a royal decree implementing the Sunshine Act marked the effective entry into force of the Sunshine Act on 23 June 2017, while providing companies with essential clarifications in terms of scope and operation2.
