This session runs through the key considerations around the choice of governing law, court jurisdiction and arbitration. It includes a practical discussion of:

  • the use of the Singapore International Commercial Court and other international commercial courts
  • the implications of Brexit for the choice of the Courts of England and Wales, and
  • when to use arbitration and the different arbitration institutions and rules available.
