Newsflash pseudo-self-employment

We are approaching the end of the enforcement moratorium of the Dutch tax authorities per 1 January 2025. In the attached newsflash we provide some background on the enforcement moratorium as well as an overview of the steps to be taken to ensure timely compliance. Please note that the execution of some of these steps may take some time, so it is generally advisable to start this process sooner rather than later (in any event, well before January 2025). Of course, we would gladly help your organisation with the necessary assessments and, where deemed necessary, advise on possible mitigation possibilities to be implemented before year-end.
