Emile is an Associate in the Insurance & Construction team, forming part of the firm’s wider Dispute Resolution department.
Emile’s practice focuses on complex, high-value construction and insurance disputes. On the construction side, he advises developers, contractors, engineers and architects on a broad range of contentious matters, with particular experience in disputes arising from post-Grenfell fire safety and building compliance issues. His work includes claims involving design defects, remediation obligations and multi party liability.
In addition, Emile advises on insurance matters, with a focus on credit risk insurance for major financial institutions, as well as coverage and policy interpretation disputes. He regularly assists clients navigating complex liability, coverage and recovery issues in contentious and pre contentious contexts.
Prior to joining the Insurance & Construction team, Emile spent three years in the firm’s Disputes & Investigations practice, where he focused on Banking and Retail Finance litigation.
