Ken is an associate in the Singapore office of Simmons & Simmons and a member of the Corporate & Commercial group. He often represents venture capital, private equity and corporate clients on their various share acquisitions and equity investments in the region.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Ken practiced at a leading local law firm in Singapore, where he advised clients on an extensive range of high-value corporate transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
He also holds a First Class Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree and has worked in the oil & gas / commodities industry prior to joining the legal practice.
Ken is admitted to practice law in Singapore.
