Anton is a German qualified lawyer in the Frankfurt real estate and infrastructure team specialising in real estate transactions as well as asset management related matters.
As Supervising Associate, he advises banks, asset managers, project developers and institutional investors on all real property law and public-law-related aspects throughout the entire life cycle of real estate projects: From pre-examination of building sites in particular under aspects of zoning, building and environmental law and preliminary agreements, the drafting and negotiating of lease agreements development management and general contractor agreements all the way to handover/acceptance as well as advice regarding in rem real property related rights. Anton also advises on alternative arrangements to purchase and sale; such as forward structures and investor models.
