Mohamed advises French and international clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, covering collective and individual matters. He has particular expertise in issues relating to the conclusion, performance, and termination of employment contracts.
He also advises on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master Droit des affaires et fiscalité) from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Grande Ecole degree from HEC Paris. He joined Simmons & Simmons in September 2025 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2026.
