April, a managing associate in the Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (ENRI) team in London, specialises in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures within these sectors.
She is a key member of the ENRI team, advising clients across renewables, the energy transition, digital infrastructure, mining and oil and gas. She has a particular interest in the renewables industry having spent over 10 years advising fund and corporate clients on their investments, divestments and shareholder arrangements across solar, onshore and offshore wind and BESS projects both within the UK and internationally.
April is recognised as a Recommended Individual in the Legal 500 UK 2025 for Energy and Natural Resources: Renewables, and in the Legal 500 UK 2024 for Power (including Electricity, Nuclear and Renewables). These accolades reflect her strong reputation and expertise in advising on complex transactions across the renewables and wider power sectors.

- First Quantum Minerals Ltd. on the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cobre Las Cruces S.A.U., operator of the Las Cruces mine in Spain, to Global Panduro, S.L.U., a company controlled by funds managed by Resource Capital Funds.
