Anna is a lawyer in the Financial Markets group in the Milan office, focusing on debt capital markets.
Her experience covers a wide range of products within the capital markets sector, with a particular focus on offerings and listings of debt instruments and certificates, both for professional and retail investors. She has developed expertise in interacting with issuers, financial institutions, and supervisory authorities. In addition, she provides assistance in relation to sustainable financial instruments, such as Green and Blue Bonds.
