Veronica is a lawyer of the Financial Markets team, which is part of the Milan office financial markets group.
She specialises in banking and finance law and regularly advises Italian and international financial institutions, private equity and private debt funds, as well as corporates, on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate and syndicated lending.
Veronica has also gained significant experience in securitisation and structured finance transactions (including SMEs, and revolving transactions). She has advised arrangers, lenders, borrowers, note issuers, originators, servicers and trustees on domestic and cross-border securitisation programmes.
